Punjab Milk Foods dba pm foods in Surrey has just opened a large new plant and, currently, has excess capacity. The plant is EU/FDA Approved. pm foods can offer the following options:
• A batter breading line with par frying, bagging and packaging.
• Cup filling and dips - basically anything to do with milk
• Hot fill & seal (80-100 trays per minute)
• Cold fill & seal (80-100 trays per minute)
• Recipe development and recipe consistency guaranteed with a new automated system.
• Sauces - 2000 litre kettles
• MAP - Modified Atmosphere Packing for longer shelf life
• Automated full packaging & cartoning line can run 120 units per minute.
• Confectionery line - almonds or cashews as a base - 4 extruding heads - 600 pieces per minute and can also co-extrude (filled product.)
